Extra upper arm skin and fat can be very troubling and difficult to hide. For minor
problems, liposuction alone may be perfect. Frequently, if there is loose skin, limited
skin removal can be combined with liposuction. With Minimal Incision Brachioplasty,
the scar is located in the underarm.

Following massive weight loss, a long scar running the length of the upper arm will
be required. Some bruising and swelling is expected, lasting a couple of weeks.
